The machine functions to produce manual packing band,auto packing band,plastic-clad band,and other packing bands which are widely used for packing paper carton for electrics,electronics,industrial products and textiles.The material for making the band is recycledPP(class 1-3),which is allowed to mix with heavy calcium carbonate thus reducing the cost .the feeding cylinder of the machine is made of gun barrel material;and its screw has been processed by nitrogen treatment.No necessary to warm up,single-exhaust double-plasticization,auto temperature control;saving in power, labor and cost,high in productivity and easy in operation,minimized in pollution;as such ,the machine has won the great acceptance by users.
